Mehjabeen If I am the Host of the 2022 I will let the other country know that every country has there own rules and regulations in their government that everyone's follow so we need to respect what ever the decision of the Host wants for there rules and regulations. I know not everyone will follow but this is a once in a lifetime only in Our country so it is Our governments rules.
