It's back to school time in Doha! Students and parents: excited or sad the summer holidays are over? Definitely more traffic jams in the morning!

Chiragh Everytime I read or encounter about Business News I always saw (QE) or they said it is "Quantitative Easing " but they don't explain what it is. Do anyone know what is these "Quantitative Easing"?

Chiragh @Adawiyah As they said shorter-duration instruments are less impacted due to interest rate movement and that is why they are preferred in the rising interest rate scenario. Short-term debt funds, with holdings of a lower duration, are well positioned to sell their old holdings when nearing maturity and buy new, shorter-duration instruments with new yield.
